www.manorgryffin.com (the “Website”) is a website owned, operated and edited by GRYFFIN ENTERPRISES PTY LTD trading as Manor Gryffin of Shop 105, Level 1 Marina Mirage, 74 Seaworld Drive, Queensland, Australia (“Manor Gryffin”, “us”, “we”, or “our”). These Conditions of Sale (“Conditions of Sale”) govern your rights and responsibilities when purchasing Goods on the Manor Gryffin Website. Please read these Conditions of Sale carefully before placing an Order.

1. Eligibility

1.1 By placing an Order on the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a legal Agreement with us. You further confirm that the information You provided about yourself is accurate, complete and true and that you are the person referred to in the “Billing Information” section.

1.2 It is your sole responsibility to keep your login details for the Website safe and secure. You must notify Manor Gryffin without delay if there was a security breach affecting the login details to our Website.

2. Privacy

3. Entering the Agreement for Sale

3.1 All Orders placed to purchase Goods are conditional on the Goods being available at the time of intended sale.

3.2 Your online Order placed through the Website constitutes an Offer to Manor Gryffin that you will buy the Goods.


3.3 All Offers to purchase Goods are subject to acceptance by Manor Gryffin.


3.4 Goods in your shopping cart are not necessarily reserved by you and may be purchased by other Customers online or in-store or via other retail channels.

3.5 Upon placing an Order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Receipt. However, the Agreement is not legally formed until we have checked availability and dispatched the Goods to You.

4. Orders

4.1 You may place an Order on the Website, by email, or by phone.

4.2 Orders will be received, in English, by Manor Gryffin either:

(i) via this Website,

(ii) or via email sales@manorgryffin.com, or

(iii) on +61 488 688 280.

4.3 By placing an Order, You permit to carry out credit checks, to authenticate your identity, and to process your personal information to complete the transactions. See our PRIVACY POLICY for more information.

4.4 Before definitively validating their Order, the Customer is to check their details of the Order and its total price and to correct any errors before confirming and, therefore, expressing their acceptance of the Order.

4.5 Manor Gryffin may in its sole discretion accept or reject an Order notwithstanding that Manor Gryffin may have prepared same. Manor Gryffin is entitled to refuse any Order which is abnormal or placed in bad faith, or any Order placed by a Customer with whom a previous dispute regarding payment exists.


4.6 Manor Gryffin may at any time correct any mistake in any Order.

5. Pricing & Taxes

5.1 The prices displayed on the Website for online sale are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD), exclusive  of GST and/or other applicable taxes and duties. 

5.2 The prices shown in any other currencies than AUD are only approximate and shall be used for guidance purposes only. Your payment method of choice will be charged in AUD.

5.3 Australian Customers will be charged  10% GST, which will be added to your order automatically at checkout.

5.4 International Customers will not be charged any additional taxes, however, please be aware that all international shipments outside of Australia may be subject to the various customs and import fees, duties and taxes of the destination country. You are fully responsible for these additional charges and any other fees that may be required for customs clearance.

6. Sale

6.1 If Manor Gryffin accepts an Order, then upon receipt of payment in full for same including delivery Manor Gryffin sells You the Goods and You purchase the Goods described in the Order.


6.2 Title in the Goods shall only pass to You upon full payment of all moneys owing under this Agreement.

6.3 Once the full payment has been received by Manor Gryffin, we will provide a confirmation of the Order to the Customer, confirming the shipment of the Goods.


6.4 Once an Order is accepted by Manor Gryffin, it may not be withdrawn by You. If you wish to cancel an order, please see 9. Cancellations of this document.


6.5 Any terms and conditions of an Order which are inconsistent with any provision of this Agreement are irrelevant when construing this Agreement.

7. Payment

7.1 At this time, the Customer may pay for your Goods using the following payment methods: bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Please contact us at sales@manorgryffin.com should your preferred payment method be different from the ones we currently have available and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

7.2 We cannot guarantee that all payment cards will be accepted for online purchase of Goods via the Website.

7.3 Manor Gryffin reserves the right to verify the Card Holder’s identity and the genuineness of the purchase.


7.4 Cash payment in-store is accepted but may be subject to Australian anti money-laundering law and other legislation, which might limit the cash amount we can legally accept.

7.5 Title in the Goods shall only pass to You upon full payment of all moneys owing under this Agreement.

7.6 Once the full payment has been received by Manor Gryffin, we will provide a confirmation of the Order to the Customer, confirming the shipment of the Goods.


7.7 Once an Order is accepted by Manor Gryffin, it may not be withdrawn by You.


7.8 Any terms and conditions of an Order which are inconsistent with any provision of this Agreement are irrelevant when construing this Agreement.

7.9 Manor Gryffin takes utmost care to keep details of your Order and payment secure, however, third parties are necessarily involved in processing your card information. In the absence of negligence by Manor Gryffin, we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer for unauthorised access to any data you provide when ordering from this Website.

8. Delivery

8.1 You warrant that any information supplied by You in relation to Your name, address and other details are true and correct in every particular.

8.2 Manor Gryffin reserves the right to delay or refuse delivery to any address for security or any other reasons.


8.3 Our delivery partners cannot ship to PO Boxes, pick-up points, hotel rooms, and certain restricted areas. You will be requested to provide an alternate delivery address by Manor Gryffin staff if this applies to your Order.


8.4 Delivery is deemed to have occurred once an attempt is made to deliver to the address supplied by You.

8.5 Items shipped cannot be left without a signature on delivery, unless specifically requested by the Customer. Manor Gryffin accepts no responsibility or liability for items left without a signature.


8.6 All delivery dates are estimates only and are calculated from when the Order is accepted by Manor Gryffin.

9. Cancellations

9.1 To cancel Your Order, You must email us at sales@manorgryffin.com without delay. Manor Gryffin will process a full refund of Your Order within 10 business days of receiving your refund request if Your Order has not been shipped.

10. Returns

10.1 Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Please contact us at sales@manorgryffin.com within 30 days of receiving the Goods.

10.2 When returning Goods, You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping via the same tracked shipping method as delivery, as well as appropriate insurance at the price You purchased the Goods at.

10.3 You are required to return all contents of the Order, including but not limited to, the Goods, original packaging and/or gift box, original sales invoice and certificates.

10.4 The Goods must be returned to:

10.5 We reserve the right to not accept return of Goods which are incomplete, have been worn, damaged, or tampered in any way, including but not limited to, missing gemstones or weighing differently.

10.6 Manor Gryffin is not to be held responsible and liable for refunding any customs duties, taxes, and value-added tax (VAT) for Orders which were shipped internationally and cleared customs on entry into the destination country. If You wish to return internationally-shipped Order, You are responsible for verifying with the customs office or department in Your country/country of destination whether you are eligible for duties, taxes and VAT refunds, if any. Manor Gryffin cannot further assist You in such matter.


10.7 Goods which are incomplete, have been worn, damaged, or tampered in any way, including but not limited to, missing gemstones or weighing differently, will not be accepted for return or exchange and returned to You at your cost.

10.8 Once we receive and accept Goods for exchange, Your original order will be voided. The payment for the replacement Goods will be by offsetting it with the amount of the previous sale.

(i) In the event that the cost of the replacement Goods is higher than of those from Your original Order, you will be required to pay the price difference.

(ii) In the instance that the replacement Goods are of lesser value than the original item, you will be provided with a Credit Note towards future purchases and/or services.

11. Exchange of Goods

11.1 Manor Gryffin offers to exchange Goods within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at sales@manorgryffin.com for assistance.


11.2 The conditions of the return of Goods stipulated under 10. Returns of this document also apply to the exchange of Goods.

11.3 Once we receive and accept Goods for exchange, Your original order will be voided. The payment for the replacement Goods will be done by offsetting it with the amount of the previous sale.

(i) In the event that the cost of the replacement Goods is higher than of those from Your original Order, you will be required to pay the price difference.

(ii) In the instance that the replacement Goods are of lesser value than the original item, you will be provided with a Credit Note towards future purchases and/or services.

12. Warranty

12.1 Manor Gryffin offers a lifetime warranty to our Customers on all jewellery.


12.2 Manor Gryffin will repair any manufacturing defects at no cost to You. We reserve the right to refuse to do so if the damage was caused by force, impact, mishandling, dropping, extreme heat exposure, accidental damage, or any other form of inappropriate treatment of the jewellery.


12.3 To claim the Warranty, You must provide Proof of Purchase from Manor Gryffin or Mariora Australia.


12.3 Manor Gryffin is not to be held liable for loss of stones or other accidental loss or damage to any Goods. We are not liable for any indirect loss you suffer due to a manufacturing defect in any item you have purchased from Manor Gryffin or Mariora Australia. We recommend You insure your jewellery against accidental loss or damage.


12.4 For repairs of accidental damage or standard wear and tear, please contact us on sales@manorgryffin.com for a quote.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the extent permitted by law all warranties whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, relating in any way to the subject matter of this licence or this Website generally, are excluded.

13.2 Where legislation implies in this licence any condition or warranty and that legislation avoids or prohibits provisions in a contract excluding or modifying the application of or the exercise of or liability under such term, such term shall be deemed to be included in this licence. However, the liability of Manor Gryffin for any breach of such term shall be limited, at the option of Manor Gryffin, to any one or more of the following: if the breach is related to goods: the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; the repair of such goods; the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; and if the breach relates to services the supplying of the services again; or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.


13.3 To the extent permitted by law and except as expressly provided to the contrary in this licence, Manor Gryffin shall not be under any liability (contractual, tortious or otherwise) to You in respect of any loss or damage (including consequential loss or damage) howsoever caused, which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect to the supply of goods or services pursuant to this licence or an act, failure or omission of Manor Gryffin.


13.4 You warrant that You have not relied on any representation made by Manor Gryffin or upon any descriptions or illustrations or specifications contained in any document including any catalogues or publicity material produced by Manor Gryffin.
