14-DAY RETURNS 

At Manor Gryffin, it is paramount to us that you are 100% satisfied with every piece you purchase. 

If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason at all, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. If you decide to return the product, please contact us as soon as possible for instructions. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping via the same tracked shipping method as delivery, as well as appropriate insurance at the price you purchased the item(s) at.

You will be refunded the cost of the item(s), excluding the delivery and insurance fees.

Items that have been customised for you are not eligible for a return or exchange. (Items with minor customisations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, all cost associated with any customisation will be passed onto you upon an approved return.)

REFUNDS OF VAT, CUSTOMS FEES & DUTIES

Manor Gryffin is not responsible for refunding any customs duties, taxes, and value-added tax (VAT) for Orders which were shipped internationally and cleared customs on entry into the destination country. If you wish to return internationally-shipped order, please contact the customs office or department in Your country/country of destination and verify whether you are eligible for duties, taxes and VAT refunds. 

EXCHANGING THE ITEM
